• All oximeters have a 14 day period for return if the package has not been opened and the seal is not broken.
  •  The customer would be responsible for shipping cost of the product to seller location in Canada where original shipment was sent from.
  •  Refund of the return item would be done only when the returned package has been received at seller facility.
  •  All UNOPENED returns must have customer information or order number in order for the return to be processed.
  •  The customer is responsible for any loss and damage during shipping back the item. Seller will deduct the initial shipping charge which was incurred for sending the package to customer.



  • Warranty period is starting from the date the customer receives the product as per proof of delivery
  •  Due to hygienic reasons and direct contact of oximeters with human skin, products purchased are not refundable. Defective items can be exchanged for the exact same model for 30 days from purchase date.
  •  All oximeters have one year manufacturer warranty. The customer will ship the product to seller’s in Toronto/Ontario and the repaired product will be mailed back.
  •  Modifying a product without seller authorization will void warranty.
  •  Seller is not responsible for any damages due to misuse, abuse or neglect.



  • If customers refuses to accept the shipment upon delivery by courier. The product will be sent back to seller as (RTS) by the courier company. The seller will deduct the cost for shipping and return and processing the refund for the balance.



  • Sellers suggests calling or sending a message immediately upon the order confirmation to cancel the order. If the package has not left the Seller’s dispatch facility full refund will be processed. In case the package has been handed over to shipping company the cancellation would be treated as Delivery denial stipulated above.
  •  Once an order has been processed and left seller’s warehouse you may not cancel or change your order. Please return the product as unopened.
  •  Please check order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report it immediately to our customer service so that the order may be updated and changed accordingly. If the problem is not fixed in time and order is shipped out, customers will be responsible for the cost of re-sending the order.



  •  Any missing or wrong product sent must be reported within 20 days for replacement or refund. Seller will no accept any claim after 20 days after receiving the orders. Seller will open a claim for lost item with shipper and will complete a refund when the investigation has been completed by shipping agency.
  • For orders that have not been received on estimated date posted on the site, please send a message to seller with details and order number. Seller will contact the  courier to open an investigation and update you on as soon as there is an update.
  • Delivery time is only an estimate; delivery time is NOT a guarantee. During peak seasons delays are normal. Seller is not responsible for late delivery.
  • If our courier lost the package due to incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will have to take full responsibility. Seller will not arrange refund or replacement for orders with the shipping wrong address.
